From nominating trainers to accrediting the team
Requirement for nominated trainers
Each trainer must hold a Training of Trainers (TOT) course from Global Board or any accredited body, with a copy of the certificate uploaded. Those without a TOT certificate attach proof of at least two years of training practice.
Fellowship Fee
To register several trainers at once, contact the fellowship team to arrange the details.
Nominating trainers
The center identifies the nominated trainers, and each is registered with the membership form along with their CV, academic and professional details, and certificates.

A short training package or a presentation, which can be taken from the center's actual programs.
Needs analysis
The evaluation team identifies each trainer's strengths and development opportunities according to international standards.
Three-day development plan
A focused individual plan for each trainer that raises their performance to international standards.
Developing the training presentations
Trainers adjust their presentations according to the evaluators' feedback.
Presentation before the review panel
Each trainer delivers their presentation for 30 minutes in an online session.
