Founded in 2010 as an initiative bringing together a group of Arab trainers in Makkah, it is today an education and training group headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, working to develop education and training across the Arab world by empowering teachers and trainers, organizing conferences, and developing creative teaching strategies in line with international standards.

The Journey of One Million Creative Teachers
An initiative led by Consultant Dr. Mohamed Al-Qadi, envisioning one million creative teachers and ten million creative students, and having trained teachers from Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Sudan, and Syria Iraq, Qatar, the UAE, Kuwait, and Oman.
Empowering Creative Teachers
Training more than 7,000 creative teachers worldwide through more than 120 cohorts of Creative Teacher and Creative Teaching programs.
Education Development Conferences
Holding 23 Arab education development conferences at Cairo and Ain Shams Universities the Egyptian Public Library, Iraq, and elsewhere.
First “Training Consultant” Course
We were the first to deliver the Training Consultant course, which graduated 16 cohorts of professional international training consultants.
International Trainers
Graduating 26 cohorts of professional international trainers across the Arab world in accordance with international standards.

The Five Pioneers
Five thinking roles that learners adopt to choose the appropriate role for each question, distributed across three domains (knowledge, application, reasoning) and eight skills, and applied in preparation workshops for NAFES tests.
KOMAS Strategy
Takes the trainee from self-directed learning to creating modifications in the characteristics of the product or outputs, benefiting faculty in medical and engineering colleges and technology programs, industrial trainers, and project and training managers.
Innovation Wheel
A strategy that makes the student a discoverer of lesson concepts under the teacher’s guidance, adopted in a master’s thesis, with more than 700,000 trainees across the Arab world.
Other innovations by Dr. Mohamed Al-Qadi include the address program for organizing information entering the brain, the LSB for case study, andEMV for modifying beliefs, andEDS andEAS for acquiring skills, and the Expert Program internationally accredited for developing mental abilities and fostering creativity.

The Beginning: An Idea in Makkah
The organization began as an idea bringing together a group of Arab trainers in Makkah, then developed into an international group with entities in Malaysia, Egypt, and Sudan.
First Training Consultant Qualification in the Arab World
Launching the “Training Consultant” course for the first time in the Arab world, which later graduated 16 cohorts of international training consultants.
First Arab Training Development Conference
Participating in and chairing the conference at Al-Azhar University.
Five Arab Education Development Conferences
in Cairo, Ain Shams University, Cairo University, and the Egyptian Public Library.
Expansion into Iraq
Conferences six through nine at the Sheraton Cairo, in Iraq, and at the Egyptian Public Library, along with the launch of Creative Teacher scholarships in Erbil and Duhok.
23rd Arab Education Development Conference
titled “Artificial Intelligence and the Future of Education & Innovation 2030,” from October 15 to 17, 2024, via Zoom, with international education experts participating.
